CMC Institute of Science and Technology

Founded in 2014, CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CIST) is a modern private research unit, with a team of talented young researchers from many schools and organizations at home and abroad. The mission of CIST is to research and apply the latest technologies in the fields of BigData, AI, Blockchain, IoT, Security … to bring to life, support customers who are Vietnamese businesses to improve competitiveness in the context of the fourth industrial revolution where there are many new opportunities and challenges.
Cist is organized according to the matrix operating model with high flexibility and market orientation. With modern lab infrastructure, datacenter system and high-performance server, creative center and professional training system, CIST has formed a creative ecosystem to support comprehensive application research.

Functions:

• Participate in research according to the strategy of CMC Technology Group
• Build long-term R&D capacity
• Transfer technology to member companies of CMC Group
• Collaborate with research institutes, universities at home and abroad

• Big Data/AI (Bank, Customer, Insurance, Government, etc.)
• Security (Blockchain, etc.)
• IoT (Smart Devices, Smart Cities, etc.)
• Robotics (Service Mobile Robot)

• Collaboration with more than 10 universities and research rooms, 40 researchers (divided into 4 groups)
